It goes without saying that I sought out Main Line Nutrition to better myself. Food had been an emotional coping mechanism for the better part of my life. There have been many trials, traumas, and no small amount of effort to change my eating lifestyle. I reached out to our dietitian and will continue to reach out to her for nutritional assistance for my children and especially for one specific child with not only ADHD, sensory integration disorder, she is also dairy intolerant and has celiac. So, this also makes it harder for her to absorb nutrients. 

Our dietitian assisted me with helpful resources when shopping for gluten-free foods as my 4yo has Celiac. She assisted me when I would find natural nutrition support or ADHD support supplements online to add to my kids’ diets as I was unsure if she/they were getting enough especially my youngest, our dietitian would take the time and research each one and gives me the pros and cons from a nutritionist perspective so I could make the best decision for my child/ren. She’s been amazing to work with always willing to talk things through with me.

Main Line Nutrition was recommended to us by our pediatrician after my daughter Emma was diagnosed with Pica.  We had noticed that Emma, who was 4 at the time, had been eating dirt and chalk and she was beyond the years of normal toddler exploration.  What we later discovered is that she craved these non-food items because her iron levels were very low due to the high volume of milk she was drinking on a daily basis.  Our dietitian helped us map out a plan to drastically lower her intake of milk and replace it with the nutrients her body craved through balanced meals.  Emma’s diet has dramatically improved, and she no longer goes for non-food items. Our dietitian was extremely helpful, so easy to speak with, and great with kids.  I would highly recommend her.
