Green Smoothie Bowl

Looking for a well-balanced meal that will also help you keep cool in these hot summer months? We’ve got just the one for you. This Green Smoothie Bowl includes fruits, veggies, healthy fats, and protein, meeting nearly all of the food groups. You can swap the coconut water for milk of choice and add some granola to meet them all!


Smoothie Base:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup mango, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Bowl Toppings:

  • 3-4 raspberries
  • 1/8 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut


  1. In a blender, combine banana, mango, spinach, avocado, ice cubes, chia seeds, coconut water, and protein powder. Blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Distribute into 2 bowls.
  3. Top with almonds, mango chunks, raspberries, unsweetened coconut, and chia seeds.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with this! Swap coconut water for milk of choice, use frozen cubed mango instead of fresh mango and ice, change out the toppings, and more. Don’t forget to share with us your smoothie creations!
