Main Line Nutrition is a nutrition assessment and counseling practice. We teach individuals and families to create realistic and customized goals that will ensure long-lasting results. We will provide integrative nutrition care, intervention and monitoring to optimize your body’s function and promote healing.

Your overall health requires a positive and healthy relationship with food. Understanding the components of a “good diet” is often confusing and overwhelming. Utilizing professional nutrition counseling can be the key to your success in overcoming obstacles. We can help you learn how to eat better, lose weight or how to best manage certain health conditions.  Our approach is personalized to your needs. We don’t subscribe to a “one-size-fits-all” model.  Our dietitians will evaluate your current diet, your unique starting point, and your personal goals. We’ll suggest improvements and work with other professionals to help you attain improved health outcomes.

Nutrition Coaching in Haverford, PA

Shifting your mindset about HOW to lose weight is one of the biggest factors in actually losing weight. Health and fitness goals can feel intimidating and leave you frustrated. By avoiding diets and working through emotional baggage, a nutritional coach can get to the root of food relationships and help you achieve positive, life-long results. Destructive thinking can cause you to become obsessed with results and focused on quick fixes, losing sight of sustainability and health. We help our clients achieve health, fitness and weight loss goals by using nutrition as a tool. There is no one right path to health – let us be your partner for change.
