What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach that helps you get back in touch with your natural internal hunger and fullness cues and cravings. A non-diet approach means we don’t focus on counting/categorizing foods, numbers, or rules.
Intuitive Eating Group Details
This group is an 8-week small group experience to help you heal your relationship with food and your body. In this group, we will immerse ourselves in the ten principles of intuitive eating. Every week you will leave the group with practical skills to implement intuitive eating into your daily life.
Group is held via online video. The live sessions will occur on Tuesdays at 9 pm EST.
NOTE: While it is strongly encouraged to attend live for the most optimal experience, the sessions WILL be recorded for those that are unable to attend live.
The cost is a monthly $149 subscription where you can attend as many as you would like. Cost includes the Intuitive Eating Workbook.

Who is running the group?
Taylor Aasand, registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor will be facilitating the intuitive eating group.
Taylor has years of eating disorder experience working in inpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP settings. Her passion is helping adolescents and adults heal their relationships with food and their bodies. She believes it is a true privilege to walk side by side with patients as they build up their body and food trust.
