Coaching Programs
Monthly Programs
One Month Coaching
Get started on your healthy journey with our monthly coaching package. This is a 4-week program for a total of 4 sessions with your coach. You will design your wellness vision and leave each session with a roadmap on what to do. Celebrate your successes with your coach and feel accomplished!
One Month Coaching Plus + Dietitian + Meal Planning
Meet with a nutrition expert to get all your questions answered and learn how to how science plays a role in getting healthier. In addition to 4 sessions with your health coach, you get a session with one of our dietitians virtually. In that session, your dietitian will create a customized diet prescription and educate you on how you can achieve your goals through evidenced-based nutrition.
Also, you get a customized meal plan for the month that is interactive and keeps your accountable, teaches you foods that meet your needs when on the go, and has in a built communication tool to ask questions through out the month.
One Month Coaching Plus + Dietitian + Meal Planning + MNT
If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or GI issues, this program is for you. You get to meet with a coach to create your new life style and work with a dietitian on your medical nutrition therapy (MNT). Your dietitian can provide education, monitoring and meal planning that help you get healthier through evidence-based nutrition.
Get Healthy – 12 Weeks
Get Healthy
This program is highly successful because it combines guided education sessions by our experts with personal accountability. Coaches will create a hands-on approach to help you with your goals and help you find the motivation to stay fit.
This 12- Week program allows you 7 visits with your coach over the span of those 12 weeks. Within that time, you’ll be able to email your coach with questions or concerns throughout the week.
Get Healthy Plus + Dietitian + Meal Planning
In addition to the Get Healthy 12-Week Program, this program adds one virtual dietitian visit + the meal planner for those 12 weeks. Meet with a dietitian virtually to get a customized diet prescription along with a customize-able meal plan that takes your likes and dislikes into account.

Now that you have your health road-map, you can move forward with your maintenance phase of your goals. Get TWO 30-minute sessions with your coach each month to make help you continue in the right direction.

Monthly Meal Plan

Tracy Lira NBC-HWC

Tracy is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She completed her training at Duke Integrative Medicine in 2018. Tracy is passionate about helping clients create realistic and attainable goals, specific to the unique challenges they are facing. By making small changes over time, clients are able to reach and sustain lasting change that fits within their lifestyle. Tracy enjoys supporting clients as they work through challenges and celebrate their successes.
Andi Coffee MS, CHWC

Andi received her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition from Arizona State University. She advanced her education by obtaining her graduate degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Andi has been a Health and Wellness Coach for over 8 years. Andi’s certifications include Certified Tobacco Interventionist, Behavioral Coaching, Therapeutic Lifestyle Change, Weight Loss Specialist, and WellCoaches. She is currently in an internship to earn her license as a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Andi loves empowering clients to take control of their health.
Lead Dietitian
Christina Brochet MA,RD, LDN, CDE

Christina graduated from Messiah College with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2004. She completed her dietetic internship as well as a M.A. in Nutrition Education at Immaculata University. As a nutrition expert, she teaches what “everything in moderation” means and why “dieting” is not a way of life. She uses her experience and knowledge to develop an individualized plan to help you reach your nutrition goals.
